Research

We believe the key to any successful market integration is a solid and refined planning process.

Our research and analysis department devote their time and resources to investigating potential market opportunities and analysing the trends within. This covers a wide range of criteria from the products being offered, to the prices the are charging for them.

Our primary goal is to uncover markets that are lacking high-quality or original products. We believe that there are a large quantity of markets currently operating with poor-quality import products being retailed for extortionate prices, due to a lack of competition challenging the current standards.

That’s where we come in.

We believe that souvenirs and location-based merchandise shouldn’t carry the stigma of “junk” items, and instead, should be seen as mementos of a memorable venture in a persons life.

Once we have identified a market matching this criteria, we begin planning and designing products to introduce to that market.

Production

Once a target market has been identified, we conduct a deep-dive into the history, the people, the landmarks and several other areas to acquire the necessary knowledge to effectively plan and produce relevant products for that region.

We believe this to be a vital step in our integration process as it grants us the ability to produce products that stand a cut above what the market, and competition, are currently offering.

We begin by producing product groups, which we call brands. Each brand targets a potential customer demographic and we usually create multiple so that we are able to offer a product to every type of shopper.

Once our brands are established, we begin planning the type of products that match that brand. For instance, a more masculine brand will include products such as beer steins, travel mugs and t-shirts. One of our more feminine brands will include products such as make-up bags, espresso cups and bags. We also target younger demographics and offer products such as stationery, sweets and toys.

During the design process, each product goes through a scrutinising review and refinement process, so we can ensure that the final design achieves the standard of quality that Art&Craft has come to be known for.

Only once a design has passed these checks does it begin its production phase, ready to be shipped to our partners across Europe.

We are always on the lookout for new partners. When our products are ready to ship we begin reaching out and making contact with businesses throughout our target market. We offer them the opportunity to stock some of the industry’s most original and high-quality products, along with all the support they require to ensure they achieve the fastest turnaround time whilst retaining the highest profit margin possible.

We understand that each of our partners has a different set of requirements and needs that need to be accommodated. That’s why we offer low order minimums and wholesale pricing to each of them, so they can be sure that, not only are they ordering an amount of merchandise suitable for their business, but also are receiving the lowest prices possible to maximise their profits.

You’re free to display our products in any fashion that you wish, but, should you need it, we offer our 15 years of merchandising experience and research for free to every partner.

We have spent countless hours researching the ideal placement of every one of our products, so you don’t need to. This result is based not only the number of sales the product achieved, but also the amount of attention the products received from customers.

We know which of our products sell the best at which points in the year, which pull the best profit margins, which sells the most overall and a plethora of other pieces of information that we are more than willing to share with our partners so they can ensure they are always securing the full potential of our products in their stores.
