Constructed from cardboard, this hardcover notepad houses three separate pads inside. The outside of the notepad has a matte feel on the cover, whilst glossy print was used for the Little Brier-Rose illustration. The front of the notepad also features the Once Upon a Time in Germany brand logo, as is consistent with the rest of the products. The back of the notepad contains a small passage from the original story by the Brothers Grimm.

Inside the pad, the left-hand cover houses a full-length to-do list notepad that can be torn out once completed, or if it needs to be taken with you. The right-hand side of the notepad consists of two sticky note pads, ideal for reminders and memos. Overall, this is a practical souvenir that, thanks to the illustrations and printing, looks great also.
